Advertising companies from Russia are starting work in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). There are two groups at once – Igronik (in alliance with ADV, it takes 3rd place in the rating of advertising groups in terms of media purchases in 2022 from an industry publication Sostav.ru ; 43.3 billion rubles) and SA Media (8th place; 9.25 billion rubles) have already launched representative offices in the UAE. Alexander Kulikov, Chief Operating Officer of Igronik, and a representative of SA Media told Vedomosti about this.

Igronik received a license for commercial activity in the UAE (the license allows advertising in all media – television, outdoor advertising, radio, print media, the Internet), registered a legal entity GKI Advertising LLC in the country and hired the bulk of the team in September – October 2023, Kulikov says. Now, according to him, negotiations with clients are at the final stage. The Group will cooperate both with advertisers from the UAE who plan to enter the Russian market (priority categories are development, financial organizations, etc.
