On June 6, 2024, at the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Higher School of Economics and the Igronik Group of Companies decided to join forces to improve the quality of education and training.

The agreement provides for joint efforts to create educational programs and develop favorable conditions for the professional training of students and specialists in the field of creative industries, marketing and advertising. The agreement was signed by Nikita Anisimov, Rector of the Higher School of Economics, and Nikita Pipko, President of the Igronik Group of Companies.

Igronik and the HSE intend to actively cooperate in such strategic areas as training personnel in basic educational programs in the field of advertising and marketing, adapting educational programs to meet the current needs of the media and communication industry and promoting the attractiveness of education in creative industries.

"We see great prospects for cooperation with leading Russian companies. The Igronik group is very important for our students who are going to work in the creative industries. This area is one of the priorities at the current stage of development of the Higher School of Economics. Currently, almost 10,000 students study at HSE in the areas of training in the field of creative industries and, of course, they need to study best practices, solve business cases, and undergo internships. We have the most interested students from all over the country. And we will saturate the market with real professionals," commented Nikita Anisimov, Rector of the Higher School of Economics.

Nikita Pipko, President of Igronik Group, also expressed confidence in the successful development of cooperation: "The arguments about the personnel shortage in the advertising industry and the need to prepare fresh forces have not surprised anyone for a long time. We are ready to take decisive steps to fill the educational modules of the Higher School of Economics with real cases and relevant practices of the Igronik Group. Our cooperation involves intellectual investments in those who, at the stage of education, made a choice in favor of creative industries, advertising and marketing. Today's students will become promising personnel tomorrow, for whose employment market participants will compete."

The cooperation agreement not only highlights the importance of partnership between academic institutions and business, but also opens up new opportunities for students and teachers.

Within the framework of the agreement, the parties will hold joint events and develop common solutions for the development of the country's creative industry.

The agreement is concluded for a period of one year with the possibility of extension on the same terms. HSE and Igronik hope that cooperation will open up new horizons for both organizations and help in creating an innovative educational environment adapted to modern requirements and challenges.
