The Igronik group of companies has officially announced its plans to implement artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions, having chosen Sber as its strategic partner in this area. Sber, in turn, will provide the company with its accumulated expertise and developments in the field of digital business transformation.
The joint strategic session held at Sber's headquarters in Moscow, where the top management teams of both parties gathered, served as the impetus for strengthening their collaboration. The participants exchanged experiences and discussed approaches to integrating technological solutions and developing digital products.
"We have long stopped viewing digital transformation as an option: for us, it is a daily practice of optimizing both internal processes and enhancing customer results," emphasized Anna Mazurina, Managing Director for Products and Innovations at Igronika. "The implementation of AI within companies has become a natural stage of evolution, from automating routine tasks to potentially new business models.
At the session, we didn't just expand our knowledge of AI, but also transformed it from a future technology into a tool for today's growth."
During the meeting, we also focused on the practical applications of generative AI technologies in marketing strategies, data analytics, and everyday operational processes.
"GenAI is the new infrastructure of business. The leaders will be those who integrate it into their management and operational models, rather than just implementing pilots," said Dmitry Trofimov, Managing Director of Corporate Business Development at Sber. — We see GenAI as a basic layer of transformation, based on our own technological infrastructure and GigaChat-based solutions. In partnership with Igronik, we are focused on integrating GenAI into key processes at scale and with measurable business impact.”
As part of the session, a specialized workshop was held, focusing entirely on the potential of AI to optimize internal processes and achieve more tangible results for customers. The participants analyzed Sber's successful practices, evaluating how they could be scaled and adapted to the specific business processes of Igronik. At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the further development of the strategic partnership. Sber will act as a technological guide for Igronik, supporting its digital transformation, helping to implement intelligent systems, and developing a portfolio of digital products.
