A fraud scheme targeting job seekers is spreading in the labor market.

The attackers pose as HR managers of well-known companies and build a convincing “hiring” process: they conduct an interview, give a test assignment, organize a conversation with a “boss”, and then send a contract and documents for registration. After that, the candidate may be given a “corporate number” and asked to link it to banking services, ostensibly for work notifications. In practice, this can lead to gaining access to bank accounts and personal data. In one such case, the applicant had money deducted from their account and microloans issued. Unfortunately, similar situations have already occurred using the name of the Igronik group of companies. We ask applicants to be attentive: If you receive messages on behalf of the company in messengers (for example, Telegram), ask to send a letter from the official mail of the group of companies with a confirmed domain @igronik.ru. Do not transfer personal and bank data until the authenticity of the employer is confirmed.
